Sidamo is one of 3 regions in Ethiopia recognised for their distinct coffees. This coffee grows at some of the highest altitudes which allows it to develop plenty of acidity and sugars.
Our Master Roaster uses a medium roast to capture its citrus acidity and produce a complimentary chocolate body in the final cup.
