How it will work

1. Select the experience you'd like to gift. Add it to your cart.

2. Checkout, the email you use here will be the one that receives the gift card email.

3. Once you've received the email (it should have a gift code on), you can now forward this onto the person it was bought for or you can simply copy and paste the voucher code and send it to them to use.

How will I receive this?

We will send an email immediately, this will be a gift voucher with the correct monetary value to be used against a voucher. 

Im buying this for two people, what should I do?

No problem at all, you can do this two ways. Just add two to your cart, then you'll receive 1 gift card with the correct value for two experiences. If you'd like each recipient to receive a voucher then the best way is to add one to your cart, then pay, you'll receive one voucher. Then do the same again to receive a separate voucher.

Can I send this to someone?

Absolutely, once you've received the voucher by email, you can forward this onto the right person.

How does someone else redeem this?

Once you buy the voucher, you'll get an email. Forward this to the correct email or send them the voucher code. They will then need to go to the relevant experience page and select a date they'd like to go for. They'll need to add that to their cart and use the voucher code at checkout, the monetary value will be the same as the experience so they won't need to pay a penny!

How long is the voucher valid for?

The vouchers are valid for one year. This means they will need to book an experience within a year, the date of the experience doesn't have to be within 12 months of purchase though.

Can they select any day around the year?

We offer each experience on certain days of the year which are planned a year in advance. They can book onto any of these pre-determined dates (shown on each experience page). We tend to offer each experience every other month on a Saturday.
