Santa Colomba

Santa Colomba is our newest lot from the Rainforest Alliance certified Daterra Cooperative in Brazil. It sits within their Classics collection, which aims to celebrate the major coffee growing region of Cerrado in Eastern Brazil. It’s a classic example of a natural processed Brazilian coffee; sweet, rich and full bodied.

We’ve taken it to a medium roast to bring out as much of the body as possible. Rich hazelnut notes blend with the earthy sweetness of fresh tobacco leaf, with a lovely hint of caramelised sugar bitterness to finish it off. A perfect morning pick me up!
