This fully washed lot is produced by Hope Coffee in the village of Chichimes, Huehuetenango. Varietals grown are Bourbon, Catuai, Typica and Caturra, though this lot is a selection of just the Caturra.
Our Master Roaster has achieved a light, mellow cup with juicy stone fruit notes, a silky-smooth body and lingering honey sweetness in the final cup to produce a perfect all-day drink.

Beautiful coffee with just the right notes for me. I am drinking it black and twice a day as I am on a fasting diet and this quells my hunger pangs perfectly. It is not too sweet but there is just enough to make me feel that I have had something naughty but not!!! Thankyou once again.
After several purchases think I’ve found a great coffee roaster!. A superior espresso, well balanced. Looking forward to the next bag!
