Discover the rich, complex flavour of Pu Erh, a unique post-fermented tea from China, renowned for its deep, woody, earthy, and mushroom notes.

Unlike other teas, loose-leaf Pu Erh tea is left to age in darkness for months, years, or even decades. This natural fermentation process encourages beneficial microorganisms, such as prebiotics and probiotics, that enhance both the tea's ripening and its potential health benefits.

With 122 years of tea expertise, we responsibly source our Pu Erh to ensure the highest quality and sustainability. Our Pu Erh is packaged using recyclable materials where possible, and we also offer the convenience of Click & Collect, along with free delivery on orders over £35.

By choosing our Pu Erh, you're not only indulging in a rich, healthful tradition but also contributing to a more sustainable future.

Pu Erh

Given a sample to try on a visit to get my regular supply of coffee. Been saving it for the right occasion.
Lovely Tea, not something I'd personally drink every day, but I had this after a night involving a few beers and hoped it would help with the queezy morning after the gig the night before!
Well after stumbling about putting the pot on the stove, nearly burning myself and setting fire to my sleeve in the process I finally nanaged to steep the tea for about 4-5mins at around 100°c, i managed to pour it and sit down without tipping it all over myself (result!!)
First couple of sips just to let my pallet adjust, then I had lovely earthy slightly woody tones coming through with a nice sweet aftertaste.
A lovely mellow tea, after the pot and an hour or so the queeziness of the night before had dissipated so it definitely works for it's Medicinal properties too!! And a good nap on the sofa in a dark room sorted the drum out that was pounding my head!!!
