Our single-origin Continental Central American Coffee Beans originated from Honduras. At Stokes, we take the bean through a long, slow roasting process, which results in one of our darkest roasts. The oils inside the bean get pushed to the surface and begin to caramelise, creating that delicious, intense burnt caramel flavour that pairs so well with the smokey, earthy notes of this bean. The perfect after-dinner treat.

Hope Coffee produces our La Esperanza Coffee Bean, third-generation coffee growers in the village of Chichimes, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Our eco-roaster allows us to achieve a light, mellow coffee with juicy stone fruit notes, a silky-smooth body, and lingering honey sweetness—the ideal all-day drink.
