About the Stall

Our new Cornhill Market stall offers something unique to Lincoln; coffee roasted using our bullet roaster on site and available to purchase or drink, that very same day.

Stokes are thrilled to be a part of Lincoln’s newly renovated market in the heart of the town. The market presents a shopping experience like no other with food, drink and retail stallholders and a community dining area. 

Sustainability and the local community have been at the forefront of every decision with this market stall, with all our packaging sustainably sourced and a community board on display.

On the menu, is a selection of coffees and teas, plus other hot drinks and snacks. There are multiple coffees to choose from, including our single-origin speciality coffees and our exclusive Cornhill Blend. The stall offers the perfect opportunity to try a new coffee freshly roasted and brewed that day, guaranteeing the best quality.

Coffee and teas are also available to purchase and take home. We encourage you to bring your own cannisters or purchase one of ours to refill.
