This fully washed coffee comes from the Ainabtany dry hulling station in Kericho county, Western Kenya, close to the Ugandan border. It’s been sourced via Lot 20 Coffee, a small group who work closely with producers in Kericho and Bomet counties in the Southern part of the Rift Valley.
A perfect example of a classic washed Kenyan, we’ve taken this lot to a light roast to preserve the delicate acidity and floral notes so typical of the country. Up front you can find flavours of tart green apple mixed with the delicate floral notes of black tea, all backed up with sweet and sticky figs.
Our speciality coffee is now in sustainable bags - recyclable & made from recycled materials to increase our sustainability! Find out more about how we are working together to deliver passion, innovation and excellence for a changing world here.
