India's Gift to the World

On Saturday and Sunday afternoon's its treat time. I break out the bone china,, warm my teapot, fresh water in the kettle and boil. Then I brew up! After five minutes, using a special strainer, I pour settle down in my favourite chair, raise my cup to my lips and depart to heaven on earth. Darjeeling!
