Experience the rich history and unique flavour of Grandad Peelie’s Homemade Loose Leaf Tea. This cherished blend, first crafted in the early 1960s by David Peel, grandson of R.W. Stokes, is a testament to the art of tea blending.

His creation, originally known as "Peelie’s Special Mixture," was perfected when his father added a couple of secret ingredients, renaming it Grandad Peelie's Mix. With a delightful combination of sweet, sour, and fruity notes, this tea has become a family legacy, its exact recipe still a closely guarded secret, passed down through generations.

great tasting tea, light and refreshing, not too strong but fragrant enough to be different. will definitely be buying again!

An interesting and zingy mix. The addition of peach to the tea gives a refreshing and fruity note. However the peach flavour can be rather overwhelming. Just a suggestion. but it may improve the overall balance by just pulling back a little on the volume of peach in the mix.
