Villa is our latest coffee from the Rainforest Alliance certified Daterra Co-operative in Brazil. This lot forms part of their Classics collection, which aims to celebrate the best flavours of the Cerrado region. Sweet, rich and with a wonderful body, it’s almost more a dessert than a coffee.
A slow medium roast brings out flavours of sticky dates, syrupy honey and an unmistakeable dark chocolate bitterness on the finish.
