Rich/Smooth/Bitter
A blend of black and green tea. For a more intense brew, use hotter water, but to make the most of the more delicate flavours brew around 85⁰.
The Story
Florence Wright was a waitress who worked with Stokes as a girl and stayed with us for forty years. She would come to our warehouse to sit at the weighing machine and would measure tea and coffee into little packets which were sealed and sent out to customers. A tea blender today would be a little surprised at the mix she created for us, but it works beautifully and has always been a blend truly loved by the Stokes Folks.
