- What is Coffee?
- What is Caffeine? How it works to benefit both the plant and consumer.
- Altitude – why is it important?
- Where does coffee grow? What are its origins? How has it become a worldwide commodity?
- How is coffee processed and how do we get it from plant to cup? Includes a live roasting demonstration.
- How is coffee decaffeinated?
- A live demonstration
- Coffee sampling
The session is mostly theoretical with coffee tasting and comparisons to support the teaching.
Booking:
This is a downloadable ticket that you can download at checkout. Please bring your ticket with you to the tasting. This can either be printed or shown digitally. No physical tickets will be mailed.
Please notify us of any booking changes at least 14 days prior to the experience date. We'd be happy to change the experience date for you if needed, just contact us on info@stokes-coffee.co.uk or 01522 523 548.
If you or your recipient miss the experience and have not contacted prior to the 14-day window, unfortunately, you will forfeit your booking and the experience fee. We want to avoid this, so please let us know if any changes are needed.
